About Me

My name is Moira Gerard and I just graduated with my Associates in Computer Programming with a focus on Web Design and Web Programming at Saint Paul College in St.Paul, Minnesota. I made this website as a portfolio of my skills in developing websites.

I am currently looking for employment in either web development or any coding language.

I have taken the following classes at Saint Paul College:

• Web Fundamentals, where I learned HTML and CSS
• Java Programming
• Server Side Programming, where I learned Apache, MySQL, and PHP
• Web Design, where I learned Wordpress and website design
• Client Side Prgramming 1, where I learned Javascript and jQuery
• Photoshop (ACA certified), where I learned how to use photshop and design images
• Client Side Programming 2, where I learned more complicated implementations of Javascript and JQuery
• Database Management Fundamentals, where I further learned SQL and learned how to build databases in a logical manner
• Introduction to Algorithms and Data Structures where I learned more about the various standard ADTs such as Bags, Queues, Linked Lists, and Trees

I enjoy web development, but I'm also interested in many high level coding languages and learning new things.

My hobbies include writing fiction, drawing, and video games.
